How long do orders with personalized items take?
Orders with personalized items are completed approximately 3-4 working days after order confirmation.
We do accommodate for urgent orders which can be processed in 1-2 days. Please contact us via WhatsApp to check availability.

Will my personalized item look exactly like the other items created by PR?
Each personalization is done by hand and thus no two items with look 100% alike.
However the text font style will be similiar to that agreed upon during confirmation of your order.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Get 10% off when you order 10 or more items from the same item category!
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer FREE Delivery to selected areas in & around Central Durban.
Nationwide courier within South Africa is also offered at a low fee of R120 (1-5 working days).

How should I care for my personalized items?
Each personalized item has been made with with care, so please treat with care.
Unless explicitly specified, items are not waterproof or water-resistant. If by accident your item does get wet, immediately lay it on a flat, dry surface in direct sunlight. If the sequins have shifted then readjust whilst wet.
What is the best way to travel with my personalized items?
The best way would be to keep the item with you on the journey, e.g. wear the hat/bag and carry it through the airport.
Alternately, pack the hat/bag in a your luggage. For hats, lay the hat down and stuff the "head" of the hat with soft clothing items that won't wrinkle e.g. swimwear. Special care to ensure that the sequin section of the item is laid flat. Layer clothing on top of the item and it should be good to go.
